1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CassionSoft's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Description

CassionSoft provides software development services including but not limited to:

  • Web application development
  • Mobile application development
  • Custom software solutions
  • Software consulting and maintenance
  • Technical support and training

3. Project Terms

3.1 Project Scope

All projects will be clearly defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work that outlines deliverables, timelines, and costs.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project agreements
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in individual agreements

3.3 Project Changes

Changes to project scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. All changes must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients will own the custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project, excluding any pre-existing intellectual property or third-party components.

4.2 CassionSoft Rights

CassionSoft retains rights to general methodologies, know-how, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in the development process.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We provide bug fixes and corrections for a specified period after project completion.

6.2 Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

CassionSoft's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed, will be outlined in individual project agreements.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
